Founder and Creator of uPundit
“Make an impression on Human Cognition to provide better opportunities for future generations.” Doron started with the idea of uPundit at 2012 before receiving the USPTO patent approved at 2016. For the idea behind uPundit he left his job to devote all of his effort to uPundit. It all started when working with his son on homework assignments. He realized that there should be a better way for students to study. A 25 years technology veteran started as a programmer and climbed to a CTO/CIO position, working for large corporations and startups. Doron set the vision and direction of uPundit while continuously validating the ideas with students.
Bruce
Advisory Board Member
Bruce E. Mosler is Chairman of Global Brokerage of Cushman & Wakefield Inc., the world’s largest independent real estate services firm. He was CEO from 2005-2010 and more recently, he was appointed Vice Chairman of the C&W Global Advisory Board. Mr. Mosler is an active philanthropist who donates much of his time to charitable endeavors and outside organizations. Currently, he chairs the boards of BENS (Business Executives for National Security) and is co-chairman of the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum. In addition, he serves on the advisory boards for the European Combatant Command and the Wharton Executive Education Advisory Board, among other civic and charitable organizations.
Niko

Niko Schenk is a PhD candidate in computational linguistics at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
During his Master’s program, he spent one year in industry at IBM and SONY as a software development intern with the main focus on text analysis.
Currently, Niko is working on applications, which can cope with the complexities of natural language.
He is excited to be working on a tool like uPundit which integrates key features of an intelligent search for better knowledge acquisition in the educational domain.

Sofija Maria Kas is a Hampshire College Alumni where she studied mixed-media and has transitioned towards marketing in the recent years. She has worked with different companies focusing on social media strategies. She joined uPundit to ensure that each student knows about this application and the large impact it will have in academia.
Bastian

Bastian studied his Bachelor degree in a dual system with theoretical and practical phases in business administration especially insurance at a university in Stuttgart (Germany). While working in a big insurance company, he studied besides the job a Master degree in business psychology in München (Germany). Bastian is every time interested in learning new stuff, so he joined uPundit to work as an investment consultant. He yields his experiences in finance and academic into uPundit.
Sarah

Sarah studied her Bachelor’s degree in International Management at the Technical University of Deggendorf in Germany and gained a lot of international experience during this time. After this, she started working for a big automotive company and studies besides the job a Master’s degree in Business Psychology in Munich. Sarah established valuable knowledge in business negotiations, cooperation projects as well strategy planning.

Born and raised in New York City, Danny Etzioni is a recent Tulane University graduate who currently lives in Los Angeles, CA. As a student growing up in the digital age, Danny knows exactly why it is so important for a tool like uPundit to enable students to navigate through the endless well of information that is the internet. Danny knows that uPundit is going to be a tool that will help students across the globe get the most out of their education!

Mike Williamson is a full-stack developer, specializing in web technologies. He built his first website in 1998 and has since built databases, networks, servers and web applications for startups and government. He believes the future of search is context specific and is excited to be working on bringing fast, tailored search to the academic world.
